Training

In the warmer months, training for the Halesworth Squads (first and reserve teams) is held every Tuesday evening, come wind, rain or shine.

Joe Allen is available to take the sessions every week, so there will always be a well organised and enjoyable programme prepared.

During the darker winter months, each session will begin with a road run around town so make sure you bring appropriate footwear. This will be followed by training drills under lights.

Starting at 6.30pm it usually lasts at least hour and a half.

Showers are available afterwards.
