If you can't make training and are looking for some extra fitness work, here are a couple of links to the FA.com where there are some training programes:Training for the Halesworth Squads (first and reserve teams) is held every Tuesday evening, come wind, rain or shine.
Mark 'the-cones' Jeffries is available to take the sessions every week, so there will always be a well organised and enjoyable programme prepared.
We plan to extend the floodlights along the side of the swimming pool, so we are well prepared for the darker winter months.
Starting at 6.30pm it usually lasts at least hour and a half.
Showers are available afterwards.
